Items are delivered via Australia Post or Courier (depending on weight)

Dowd Hardware assumes no responsibility for lost item. We will work with the delivery company to recover any lost or damaged items.

Dowd Hardware has no control on delivery times. General delivery time takes between 2-14 days.

No surcharge when paying with credit card.

Credit card details are not stored on our system.

Cash on pickup is accepted. Please call to confirm an appointment.
